Offline Admission 

Offline admission is one of the oldest ways that is still believed by some of the students. Because they think of going physically and getting admission is the right way. So here is the procedure of offline admission.

  1. If any student is interested, then the student needs to visit the institute. 
  2. Once he/she comes over here, he would be headed to a counsellor and that counsellor would guide him/her everything about the institute, course, fee structure, eligibility, career options and other important details.
  3. Once the student has made up/her mind to get admission. 
  4. Next step is, the student would fill the application form for admission.Student needs to submit the hard copy of all important documents. Here are those important docs.

(A)For Graduation Course

  • Class X mark sheet
  • Class XII mark sheet
  • Character certificate
  • Provisional mark sheet
  • Migration certificate
  • Scanned signature photo
  • Scanned passport size photo (two)
  • Sports certificate (if any)
  • Kashmir migrant certificate (if any applying under Kashmir migrant quota)
  • Birth certificate (vary upon colleges)

(B)For Post Graduation Course

  • Class X mark sheet
  • Class XII mark sheet
  • Character certificate
  • Migration certificate
  • Scanned signature photo
  • Scanned passport size photo (two or four)
  • Graduation mark sheet/provisional mark sheet Sports certificate (if any)

 

      5. Once students complete the application form. They would be asked to pay the registration fee and registration fee is Rs. 5000/-. However, students have an opportunity to pay the fee in Cash, Debit Card, Credit Card, Paytm, Netbanking, etc. 

     6. Aft, a student portal would be prepared for the student in which all the details would be mentioned about the student.

    7. After that, within 15 working days verification process will be done. In this process, students details would be verified through the documents and besides that commitments and requirements would be verified.
